UTSA rallies past South Florida 31-24

UTSA rallied to defeat South Florida 31-24, with A’Marion Peterson scoring his third touchdown on a 1-yard run after Will Henderson III broke off a 26-yard gain with 18 seconds left. South Florida had taken a 24-23 lead on Michael Van Buren Jr.’s touchdown pass to D.J. Crowther with 1:56 remaining, but UTSA answered on its final drive. Peterson also scored on runs of 53 and 2 yards, while Van Buren connected with Bryson Rodgers for a 42-yard touchdown as the Bulls led 17-10 at halftime. The victory moved UTSA to 5-1 overall and 2-0 in the American Conference.
