Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing IJR.ai, open.ijr.ai, any IJR product subdomain, or any of the IJR sub-products (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and IJR AI, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Certain features carry supplemental terms — for example the Earn Program Terms — which apply in addition to these Terms when you use those features.

2. The Services

IJR.ai is an AI-powered product suite. It includes, among other things: Chat (AI answers and multi-model deliberation), Pulse (news and community discussion), Inbox (email), Drive (documents and files), Focus (calendar and tasks), Projects (work management), Studio (creative tools, sites, and app building), Channels (messaging), Games (an arcade and game-building tools), Journals (publishing), and Earn (a partner program). One IJR account covers the whole suite. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@ijr.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services; users under 18 require parental consent. If you create or manage a family account, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child account you link, and you are responsible for that child’s use of the Services and the parental-control settings you apply.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Parts of the Services are free; others require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from Settings, effective at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused features. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal. Usage-based features (for example AI generation credits) may be subject to fair-use limits described in the product.

5. Connected Accounts

Some Services operate on accounts you connect (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Slack, or social platforms). You authorize us to access those accounts on your behalf under the permissions you grant, and you may revoke that access at any time. You are responsible for complying with the third-party provider’s own terms when using a connected account through the Services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services, and a provider’s changes may limit or break connected features.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit or create in the Services (“User Content”) — including prompts, documents, journal posts, games, characters, sites, and comments. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Services. For content you choose to publish to a public or community surface (journals, community answers, shared games and characters, Pulse comments, shared threads), this license additionally covers making that content publicly available and, where the feature offers it, allowing other users to interact with it — including remixing games and characters you shared to a community shelf. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law. If you delete content or your account, we will stop displaying the content as described in our Privacy Policy, though public content others have built on may persist in disassociated form.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Services generate content using artificial intelligence. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or similar to output generated for other users. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying output before relying on it or sharing it. Output is not professional advice: nothing the Services produce constitutes financial, investment, legal, medical, or tax advice, and you should consult a qualified professional for such matters. News-related features (including bias analysis and perspective summaries) are informational tools, not statements of fact about any person or organization. Subject to these Terms and to the rights of third parties whose material may appear in output, we assign to you our rights, if any, in the output the Services generate for you.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• ·Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content of any kind.
• ·Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users or third parties, or post content that sexualizes minors in any form.
• ·Mislead others — including impersonating any person or entity, or presenting AI-generated content as human-authored where that matters.
• ·Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• ·Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Services at scale, or use the Services to build a competing dataset or model.
• ·Circumvent rate limits, access controls, parental controls, safety systems, or other technical safeguards.
• ·Distribute malware, spam, or manipulated engagement (including fake clicks, referrals, or reviews in the Earn program or community surfaces).
• ·Use the Services for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation.

Community surfaces (Pulse comments, community answers, shared games and characters, Journals) are moderated; we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

9. Creator Features

Studio lets you build and publish sites, funnels, apps, and games; Journals lets you publish writing; Games lets you share playable creations. Content you publish through these features is yours and your responsibility: you must have rights to everything it contains, and it must comply with Section 8. Hosted creator content is served from separate domains and does not represent IJR; we do not endorse user creations. Parody or archetype characters available in the Services are fictional and not affiliated with, or endorsements by, any real person. If a creator feature enables commerce, you are the seller of record for your offerings and responsible for applicable taxes and consumer-law obligations.

10. Third-Party Content

The Services display content from third parties — news articles and headlines, images (with credits where available), videos, reference data, and links to external sites. That content belongs to its owners, and following an external link leaves the Services. We are not responsible for third-party content or sites. Earn and shopping features may include affiliate links, which are disclosed where they appear.

11. Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by IJR AI, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) to hello@ijr.ai. We will remove or disable access to infringing material and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision would create risk for us or other users — with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, and 13–16) survive.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IJR AI, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IJR AI, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from User Content you publish, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the Services at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
