PN-BN Negeri Sembilan Pact Plans New PBN Label

Hamzah Zainudin, president of Parti Wawasan Negara, has pushed naming the BN-PN electoral cooperation in Negeri Sembilan as “Perikatan Barisan Nasional” or the shorthand “PBN” to reduce voter confusion, stressing that the label matters less than their shared goal of forming the next state government. He also said BN would lead the state government if the pact wins and that past differences have been set aside to focus on campaigning and explaining their plans to voters ahead of the August 1 election.
