Kerala launches women-only Pink Bus pilot across Thiruvananthapuram

Kerala’s KSRTC rolled out a women-only Pink Bus night service in Thiruvananthapuram on July 23, 2026 as part of the 100-day government plan, linking major hubs to provide safer late-night transport for female IT workers, hospital staff and other commuters. The initial phase uses Link Fast buses on routes including Thiruvananthapuram–Technopark with plans for online reservations and electric buses in the future.
