Vir Biotechnology appoints Brent Sabatini Interim CFO

Vir Biotechnology named Brent Sabatini as interim principal financial officer after Jason O’Byrne’s departure, with O’Byrne remaining through August 3 to ensure a smooth transition and a search for a permanent CFO underway. Sabatini, currently SVP and Chief Accounting Officer, brings more than two decades of finance and accounting experience and is expected to maintain continuity in financial oversight during the leadership change.
