Sei Investments Sells 3.99 Million VTIP Shares
Sei Investments reported reductions across several ETFs in its Q1 2026 filings, reflecting a broader trimming in equity and fixed-income exposures. It slashed its stake in Vanguard Short-Term Inflation-Protected Securities ETF (VTIP) by 41.1% to about 5.7 million shares, worth roughly $286 million. In Schwab U.S. Small-Cap ETF (SCHA), Sei lowered its holding by about 0.2% to roughly 14.7 million shares valued at $428.5 million. Sei shaved 2.2% of its position in Schwab U.S. Large-Cap Value ETF (SCHV), totaling about 44.8 million shares worth around $1.37 billion. The fund's position in Schwab Short-Term U.S. Treasury ETF (SCHO) was reduced by 10% to about 16.74 million shares, valued at roughly $406 million. These moves reflect a broader strategy of modestly trimming some core ETFs while maintaining sizable stakes in major holdings.
