SC Transfers NAB Appeals to FCC

The Supreme Court of Pakistan has ruled that it lacks jurisdiction to hear appeals and bail petitions in National Accountability Bureau (NAB) cases, with such matters now falling under the Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) according to amendments to the NAB law. Sections 32 and 32A of the NAB law, along with Articles 175A and 175F of the Constitution, formalize this transfer of authority to the FCC, including all pending NAB matters.
