Restaurant openings, rankings, demand span four cities

Fort Worth’s most-booked restaurants skew toward steakhouses and seafood spots, with Hudson House leading the September list and Cattlemen’s and Texas de Brazil among the popular choices. In Miami, October brings new dining options, including Sunset Harbour’s A Pasta Bar, alongside an extended Miami Spice promotion and the return of seasonal restaurant activity. A survey of Jacksonville, Illinois, residents found restaurants and coffee shops are major reasons people visit the downtown square, with respondents also calling for more restaurants, desserts, specialty groceries and entertainment. In the Akron area, September openings included eateries in Akron, Cuyahoga Falls and Green, serving fare ranging from catfish and Mexican dishes to pizza.
