Meesho Q1 Revenue Rises 48%, Losses Narrow
Meesho reported a 48% year-on-year rise in revenue from operations to ₹3,713 crore in Q1 FY27, while net loss narrowed about 54% to ₹132.8 crore. NMV grew 34% to ₹11,614 crore, orders totaled around 725 million, and annual transacting users reached 274 million, supported by AI-driven cataloging, demand forecasting, and multilingual voice agents. Meesho announced an acquisition of Kirana Club (100% stake) and an additional 0.41% stake in Retail Pulse Labs Private Limited for ₹202.08 crore, with Kirana Club becoming a wholly owned subsidiary, as the company continues to expand its digital retail ecosystem. The stock traded around ₹188.95 with a market cap near ₹87,057 crore amid these results and strategic moves.
