Paramount+ Renews ‘Tulsa King’ for Season 5
Paramount+ has renewed Sylvester Stallone’s crime drama Tulsa King for a fifth season ahead of Season 4’s October 16 premiere, with Season 5 production underway in New York after relocating from Atlanta. The move fits the storyline as Dwight Manfredi returns to his New York mafia roots; New York officials also pointed to the state’s film tax-credit program as a draw for productions. Scarlet Rose Stallone, who plays Spencer, has been promoted to series regular, and Erik Palladino, Glenn Fleshler, Anthony Skordi and Nickola Shreli are joining the cast in series-regular roles. Stallone’s newly signed deal reportedly helped secure the renewal, while Season 4 follows Dwight’s efforts to legitimize his empire and protect his crew amid growing threats.
