A Pope County, Arkansas, corrections officer was arrested after an investigation by Arkansas State Police and the Department of Homeland Security and fired from his job. Chance Michael Panther, 26, faces allegations involving the distribution, viewing and possession of child sexual abuse material; the sheriff said the alleged conduct occurred off duty and did not involve jail computers.
