Sir Edmund Waller, 4th Baronet, of Newport, County Tipperary, was the second son of Jocelyn Macartney Waller and Elizabeth Willis Chapman. Elizabeth was the widow of Dr. Cullen M.D.; Jocelyn was the fourth son of the first baronet.
