Robert Bourke, 1st Baron Connemara, was an Anglo-Irish Conservative politician and colonial administrator who served as Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Governor of Madras (1886–90) and District Grand Master of District Grand Lodge of Madras (1888-1890).
