About General Planning Commission
The Haut-Commissariat à la Stratégie et au Plan is an advisory body reporting to the government of France, which took its present name and form in May 2025. It was originally founded in the context of the Monnet Plan, intended to address resource scarcity in France in the immediate aftermath of World War II.
