Charlotte Elliott (1883–1974) was a pioneering American plant physiologist. She specialized in bacterial organisms that cause disease in crops, and was the author of the reference work Manual of Bacterial Plant Pathogens. She was the first woman to receive a Ph.D. in botany from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
