Organization
Bloom Energy is the company that develops, builds, and installs Bloom Energy Servers.
Bloom Energy shows a mixed record, with strong employment-related preferential policies and advocacy activity pushing its risk higher, while its philanthropic and political funding practices remain lower risk. This combination of significant identity-based employment practices alongside occasional but not pervasive political engagement results in an overall medium risk rating.
