Yordan Alvarez hit his 41st home run and drove in three runs in Houston’s 7-0 win over Seattle, tying for the AL home-run lead while leading the league in batting average. The win moved the Astros into a tie atop the AL West with five games left, as Alvarez remained six RBIs short of Pete Alonso in his bid to become MLB’s first Triple Crown winner since 2012.
