Honda plans rugged third-gen Ridgeline for 2028
Honda has confirmed a third-generation Ridgeline, aiming for a more rugged, traditional pickup stance and an arrival within two years, with production of the current 2026 model paused to focus on the new design. The next Ridgeline will be developed across Southern California styling, Ohio engineering, and Alabama production, continuing to be built at the Alabama plant while expanding on features and capabilities that appeal to traditional truck buyers.
