Dassault Systèmes to Acquire ArisGlobal for Up to $2 Billion
Dassault Systèmes agreed to acquire ArisGlobal for up to $2 billion, with $1.8 billion cash at closing and up to $200 million in contingent payments, targeting completion in the second half of 2026 to strengthen its AI-native platform and life-sciences offerings. The deal comes as the company reported solid Q2 results with expanding AI and cloud initiatives and is expected to be accretive to revenue growth and EPS in the first year.
