FBI seeks Whatcom felon who fled sentencing

Federal authorities are seeking Devariae Montrel Conley, a convicted domestic-violence felon who fled Whatcom County before his February 2023 sentencing, triggering felony arrest warrants and a nationwide search. Vontobel Posts Record H1 Profit 87%
