Corporate Travel Management confirmed Ana Pedersen will permanently serve as managing director and group CEO, effective 23 July 2026, after acting in the role since February 2026. The board credited her leadership during a difficult period and outlined a compensation package including a base salary of about $1.2 million with potential incentives up to $2.7 million, reflecting her more than two decades of global leadership in travel, hospitality and tech.
