Dassault Systèmes to Acquire ArisGlobal for Up to $2 Billion

Dassault Systèmes agreed to acquire ArisGlobal for up to $2 billion, with $1.8 billion cash at closing and up to $200 million in contingent payments, targeting completion in the second half of 2026 to strengthen its AI-native platform and life-sciences offerings.
